Our highly practical and interactive Essential HR for Line Managers development programme is designed to equip both your new and more experienced Supervisors, Team Leaders and Managers with the skills, knowledge, competence and confidence needed to effectively manage their colleagues in order to help build high performing and engaged teams.  It is also suitable for HR personnel who are involved in the the people management function and providing guidance and coaching to others.

The programme is designed to be delivered as 5 x half day workshops; however, the duration and content can be customised on a flexible basis to suit your needs and delivered across several weeks.
