HR compliance issues can be extremely costly for your business and potentially damaging to its hard-earned reputation. Investing in an HR Compliance Package can minimise the risk of issues caused by non-compliance such as litigation, employment tribunals, fines and the associated reputational issues that these bring.

Our HR Compliance Package not only includes the complete HR Audit Package, we also provide an agreed number of HR support hours to be used within a fixed-term period e.g. 12 months, for a reduced fee. We will work with your Board to define an appropriate HR Compliance Action Plan, and deliver a range of practical, effective, and value-adding solutions to improve your organisation’s HR compliance, minimise the risk of non-compliance issues and move towards operating as a high-performance organisation.


With our HR Audit Package, our HR experts will complete a comprehensive review and audit of your HR practices. You will receive a detailed HR Audit Report with findings and actionable recommendations which we will review with you.

Our HR Audit Report will provide you with the information necessary for establishing or developing your organisation’s core HR function and a guide for HR compliance requirements in order to reduce any potential liability or risk and increase employee engagement and retention.  The HR audit will review:

  • Template employment offer documents – offer letter, employment contract / terms and conditions
  • Job descriptions and person specifications
  • Recruitment and selection practices
  • Pre-employment checks and screening
  • HR policies, procedures and practices

With our Small Business HR Package, we will provide HR support to cover a full spectrum of HR activities from supporting with recruitment and selection activities, through the entire employee life-cycle including termination of employment.

Our HR experts will complete an HR audit and report with actionable recommendations, and thereafter will work with the Board to create an appropriate HR infrastructure with supporting HR / employment documents; HR policies, procedures and day-to-day people management practices that comply with employment legislation and help to engage, motivate and retain your people.

You’ll have peace of mind knowing that our professionally qualified team will be on hand to provide confidential advice, guidance and support as and when you need it on a flexible basis.

Our Small Business HR Package can be provided for a fixed monthly fee to help spread out the cost of your HR support over a 12-month period.


Our HR Essentials Package is ideal for a new or small business, or an organisation wanting to update its template employment documents.

We will review and update your existing documents or create a customised suite of HR / employment documents bespoke to your needs, including template employment offer documents and HR policies, as follows:

If you require additional HR support, we can also provide a Retained HR Package or Pay As You Use HR Services to include onsite and/or offsite HR support, advice and guidance.


You can choose from one of our Retained HR Package options below or we can create a bespoke package tailored to your needs which can include onsite and/or offsite HR support. If you are a small business, you may only need support one or two days a month to keep on top of HR management and employment matters; or you may benefit from a larger amount of HR support hours to be used on a flexible basis within a 12-month contract.

Our Retained HR Package can be provided for a fixed monthly fee to help spread out the cost of your HR support over a 12-month period.

Package examples:

  • Bespoke: We can create a HR support package bespoke to your needs with onsite and/or offsite support.
  • Platinum: Our Gold package but with a total of 360 hours’ HR support e.g. one day per week over 48 weeks within a 12-month contract.
  • Gold: Our Silver package but with a total of 90 hours’ HR support e.g. half a day once a fortnight over 48 weeks within a 12-month contract.
  • Silver: Customised Offer Letter, Employment Contract, Personal Details Form, Reference Authority Form plus a fully customised Employee Handbook, Employee Handbook Acknowledgement Form and 25 hours of HR support to be used flexibly within a 12-month contract.
  • Bronze: Customised Offer Letter, Employment Contract (with attached Disciplinary and Grievance Procedure), Personal Details Form, Reference Authority Form plus 10 hours of HR support to be used flexibly within a 12-month contract.

The Retained HR Package support hours can be used to cover activities such as: HR strategy and planning, HR management information reporting, recruitment and selection support, induction, coaching Supervisors and Managers, day-to-day HR administration and maintaining personnel records, creating supporting HR documents, managing absence, performance management, managing discipline and grievances, HR advice and guidance, and HR project support.

Alternatively, we can agree an overall fixed project fee for HR consultancy support dependent upon the scope of the HR activities.


Our Pay As You Use HR Services can be used to avail of HR expertise and support on a flexible basis. Fees will be charged on a time used basis and invoiced to you monthly.


The recruitment and selection process is a key HR / people management process where employers can inadvertently find themselves not complying with equality legislation. This could be costly to the business and result in employment and equality tribunal claims.

Our recruitment and selection audit will review and analyse your current recruitment and selection practices and documentation, including a sample review of existing template job descriptions, person specifications, recent job advertisements, interview assessment documentation, recruitment tracking, the employment offer process and pre-employment checks completed.

We will provide a summary report with key recommendations to support enhancing your recruitment and selection framework. Thereafter, we can support in creating and implementing improved processes and documentation and deliver training to those involved in the recruitment and selection process to enhance their knowledge and competence.




Our personnel file audits will review that key HR documentation is being held on employees’ personnel files including signed offer letters, signed employment contracts, evidence of right to work checks, and pre-employment checks.  We will provide you with a summary report and key recommendations to improve your HR records management.  We offer two alternative personnel file audits:

Option 1: Review and analysis of a sample of 6 personnel files (manual or electronic), summary report of documentation held and recommendations.

Option 2: Review and analysis of all personnel files (manual or electronic), summary report of documentation held and recommendations.
